And here is the good news for Indian E-Sports lovers: India will definitely be a part of the Asian Games!

Hangzhou has finalised seven games for this eSports medal event. They are:

  • DOTA 2

  • FIFA IV

  • League of Legends

  • Street Fighter V

  • PUBG

  • Arena of Valor

  • Dream Three Kingdoms

But there is some disappointing news as well. Here's what you need to know about it:

The E-Sports Federation of India (ESFI) revealed that India will NOT be a part of three e-sports in the Asian Games. These would be:

It is quite shocking, but a respectable decision by the ESFI. Nevertheless, the teams would still compete in the remaining eSports included in the Hangzhou Asian Games. The teams have been made, and the pro players are geared up!

What are the fixtures of League of Legends in Asian Games?

From September 25 to September 29, there will be a League of Legends competition. The Hangzhou Esports Centre, an arena with seating for more than 4,000 spectators, was chosen as the location for the esports championship.
